This is a terrific warm weather red from one of Saul Gil Berzal, one of Spain’s most exciting producers. Certified organic, practicing biodynamic, and made from 100% Garnacha grown in Laguardia, this wine is deep red-violet in the glass, with notes of ripe cherry, wild strawberry and rose. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and lively, almost tingly. Serve room temperature or with a slight chill alongside wood-fired pizza, poultry, roasted salmon, or even BBQ.
