Via Carota is the award-winning West Village osteria from chefs Rita Sodi and Jody Williams. Renowned for its simple, seasonal menu, Via Carota serves Italian food reminiscent of home in a spirit of relaxed care and warmth. In 2019, Via Carota earned Sodi and Williams the James Beard Award for Best Chefs, New York City. The idea for Via Carota Craft Cocktails came together around the deep connection they’ve formed as chefs and colleagues at the restaurant.
