This highly limited, newest release from Martha Stoumen is a blend of Vermentino and Negroamaro. A sunny orange hue in the glass, the wine opens with playful and lifted aromas of tangerine and stone fruit. On the palate, the wine is textured and refreshing, redolent with notes of ripe apricots, dried herbs, and orange zest that carry through to the finish. Try it with baked camembert, light mains, and salads — you’re sure to fall in love.

Martha Stoumen Wines

With a background in traditional agricultural systems coupled with her hands-on experience in Italy, Martha’s perspective has been shaped to look at winemaking as part of a larger ecosystem. Since her start in 2014, Martha Stoumen has been working with a small handful of dedicated farmers that focus on organic and dry-farming practices. Healthy soils and vine longevity are prioritized over high yields. By encouraging predator insects and avoiding harmful pesticides and herbicides, she aims to create an environment conducive to vibrant grape flavors. All of Martha Stoumen’s wines are fermented with native yeast and bacteria, are vegan, and have no additions beyond minimal effective sulfites for some wines.
