Located in the famous terroir of Montagne de Reims, in Verzy, Louis de Sacy has been producing fantastic sparkling wines for 13 generations. Originally started in 1633, Louis de Sacy is now working with 18 hectares of vineyards with deep respect for the land. They are concerned by environmental matters and obtained labels HVE ( High Environmental Value) and VDC ( sustainable viticulture in Champagne), which take into account how they  manage water or biodiversity on their estate.
