Karim was granted a rare opportunity to farm a vineyard parcel owned by Jules Chauvet, father of the French natural wine movement, which is the basis for his “Du Beur Dans Les Pinards” Beaujolais-Villages. A traditional Beaujolais with full carbonic maceration, no oak, and minimal sulphur, this wine offers ample red fruit notes laced with hints of violet petals and sweet earth. Try it with roasted ham, grilled fish, or mushroom risotto.
