Can music make wine better? You may be persuaded after trying this organic Primitivo from rocky, marine vineyards on the Murge hills within the Gioia del Colle. After being fermented in stainless steel, the wine is transferred to oak, where winemaker Dr. Benedetto Lorusso applies music therapy throughout the fining process. The result? An incredibly balanced, smooth and powerful red, with notes of dark red fruit, plum, almond, and spice. The finish is lengthy,  framed by minerality and elegance. A delicious partner for bold pasta dishes, roasted meats, and even seafood cioppino.
