Okay, okay this Bourbon isn’t made entirely of apples like most other Neversink spirits. It’s distilled from a mash of New York State corn, wheat and barley, but it is finished in used apple brandy barrels. Flavourful and grain-forward, the bourbon is aged for a minimum of two years in new-charred American oak before being transferred to apple brandy casks.
