Harry Gozlan, owner of Domaine de la Mongestine and Maxine Gamard, winemaker, are the minds behind MadMed, a line of wines that combine excellence in winemaking with ecology. The idea came about  from the desire to change the approach to wine consumption in France: moderated consumption, healthier for the consumer, respectful of the environment, adapted to all occasions, for all budgets. All wines are produced sustainably, using indigenous yeast for fermentation, no chemical additives, and minimal sulfur.
