Glendalough
Glendalough Distillery, a craft distillery from the Wicklow Mountains, has been producing innovative craft spirits since 2011. With an initial launch of Poitín, they went on to release some globally awarded whiskeys, before then making an acclaimed series of gins from wild, foraged Wicklow mountain botanicals. The distillery has been a leader in innovating with Irish spirits, releasing some world-firsts like Irish whiskey aged in rare Japanese mizunara oak, Irish single malt aged in just as rare Irish oak, and gins distilled daily with freshly foraged wild plants from the Wicklow mountains.
