Produced in Languedoc, this wine comes from a land full of history and rich winemaking heritage. On the nose, there are lovely aromas of raspberry and cherry, subtle smoky and peppery hints with notes of thyme.  The palate is fruity, elegant, and well-balanced with a long, silky finish. Try it with roasted vegetables, duck breast, pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.

Domaine de L'Estoile

In French, the word estoile means “star,” a heavenly body with wave-like rays projecting from its center.  It’s also the inspiration for this project from AP Imports, a New York-based importer of French wines. Domaine de l’Estoile works exclusively with some of the finest family estates in southern and western France to find sustainably farmed, high-quality, yet affordable white, red, and rosé wines.
