Hillhamn Salome was just eighteen years old when she founded Flor de Luna Distillery in Mexico City in 2015. It was not only the first micro-distillery in Mexico City, but also the first 100% woman-run distillery in Mexico. Flor de Luna's production team consists of just five women, including Salome, the Maestra Destiladora herself. Today, Salome's team continues to explore and expand their vision of modern spirits inspired by the cultural and culinary heritage of Mexico and its people.
