Element Winery
Element Winery was founded to explore the extreme climate terroirs of the Finger Lakes region, to produce wines which express their origins without preconceived notions. Specializing in wines with lower alcohol and higher acid, there is a delicacy to these wines that manages to speak louder than many of its more boisterous counterparts.
