Founded in Pouilly-sur-Loire in the 1800s, Domaine Roger Pabiot has been passed down from father to son for four generations. Today the estate covers 24 hectares, some of which are centuries old, and is managed by fifth-generation vigneronne Pauline Pabiot. Facing the hillsides overlooking the Loire, the vines, which are planted to sandy terraces, flint, clay, and limestone soils, benefit from a unique microclimate that is the perfect environment for producing exceptional wines. HVE-Certified since 2019, the domaine began converting to organic viticulture in 2021 and became certified organic in 2024. In the cellar, the wines are carefully crafted, some with indigenous yeasts, respecting the terroirs.
