Domaine Marcillet sits right on the border between the Cote de Nuits and the Cote de Beaune, the northern and southern regions of Burgundy proper. Their vineyards lie on both sides of the border and they create amazing wines that demonstrate the subtle differences between the two regions. Nadine and Remi Marcillet practice sustainable farming with as little manipulation or interference as possible.
