Domaine Lou Belvestit
Emilie Alauze is the fourth-generation winemaker at Lou Belvestit, a family-run estate vineyard situated in Magalas district in the Cotes de Thongue, between Pézénas and Béziers. The estate vineyard is located in the heart of the Piémonts Languedocien region, between Pézénas and Béziers. The combination of these beautiful vineyard sites and rich, old vines allow Emilie to produce exceptional wines. Focusing on sustainable farming and traditional varietals at home in this sunny and warm climate, old vine Aramon, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties constitute 75% of the estate plantings. The remainder is dedicated to Cabernet Sauvignon, Mouvedre, and Merlot.
