Domaine Dugois
Founded by Daniel Dugois in 1973 and situated at the heart of the “golden triangle” of the Jura, between Arbois, Salins-les-Bains and Poligny, this small estate is tended according to the semi-organic method of ‘lutte raisonée’ which dictates the use of chemical treatments only when absolutely necessary. This 9 ha estate is perfectly situated for the cultivation of the Trousseau grape, of which Daniel is something of a specialist on.
