The Crochet family has been part of the fabric of Bué — one of Sancerre's most celebrated villages — since Dominique and Janine first planted roots here in 1982 with just two hectares of vines. Today, sons Teddy and Cyprien run the show, farming 13.5 hectares across a beautiful mix of limestone, clay, and flint soils using sustainable, organic practices. The result is a range of wines that are as honest and unpretentious as the family behind them — pure Sancerre, nothing more, nothing less.
