Copper Dog is an award winning whisky from the heart of Speyside, Scotland that is formulated from a blend of 8 Speyside malts. It takes its name from distillery workers of the past who would liberate whisky from the cask with a pipe, known as a ‘copper dog,’ while their boss wasn’t watching. They would hide the pipe inside the leg of their pants so they could smuggle the whisky out.
