Dopo Teatro is Italian for "after the theatre", and this delicious concoction exemplifies this concept wonderfully. Vermouth is traditionally an early afternoon aperitif, while amaro is drank after the meal to aid with digestion. This blend of the two is the perfect transition between matinee and evening. With a little bit more bitter complexity and spice than a normal vermouth, this is Cocchi's answer to Carpano's classic Punt e Mes.
