Cantine Torrevento
Territory. People. Product. These are the values of Torrevento. The story of Torrevento wines originates from a dream that started more than 100 years ago, when the forefather of the family, Francesco Liantonio traveled to New York at age 16 to seek his fortune. Years later, he returned to Puglia to start a small farm. Stretching across 500 hectares, Torrevento produces wines from from native Puglian varietals such as Nero di Troia, Bombino Bianco and Nero, Aglianico, Moscato, Primitivo, and Negroamaro. Their goal is to provide modern interpretations of the ancient winemaking traditions of this unique land. For over 20 years, Torrevento has embarked on a path of Certified Quality: a commitment also recognized by the EQUALITAS certification, which certifies sustainability and quality on the three pillars: social, environmental and economic.
