This six-year old rye is distilled from a traditional mash of 51% rye, 39% corn & 10% malt, which gives it a fruitier, softer character than the aggressively spicy Indiana whiskies. Aromas of cinnamon, caramel & apples give way to sweet flavors of clove, vanilla & corn, with black pepper & pine on the finish. Try it in a Sazerac Cocktail!
