Pa'Ro Toscana Bianco 2024
750ml
***NEW VINTAGE***
The Mancini family’s winemaking history began at the end of the 1800s in San Polo, Tuscany. Today, five generations later, the winery is managed by sisters Anastasia, Alessia and Roberta Mancini, who have updated their ancestors' vision, employing new winemaking techniques and implementing organic and sustainable farming practices. Pa’Ro Bianco, dedicated to the parents of the Mancini sisters, is a blend of Trebbiano and Grechetto with about 4 weeks of skin contact and aged in stainless steel and glass. A great example of their modern approach, the wine offers intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit and sweet herbs that explode into fresh and funky flavors on the palate, backed by firm structure and charming minerality. It's a killer companion for semi-aged cheeses, herb-crusted chicken, or wild mushroom pilaf.
