Aperol

First established in 1919 by Luigi and Silvio Barbieri, Aperol took off in popularity after WWII, and is a household name today. This aperitivo from the walled city of Padua is based on an infusion of orange, rhubarb, china, and gentian. It's great for the Aperol Spritz and a host of other cocktails!
