Andrea Oberto
Though the land that Andrea Oberto's azienda sits on was once his father's farm, it's now fourteen hectares of carefully cultivated vineyards, with strict vinification. These vineyards are maintained through Guyot, a system of pruning and training the vines that was developed in France in the Belle Époque; this is not a vineyard concerned with modern advancements and conveniences at the cost of flavor.
