Made with 30% Chardonnay, the addition lends a structured back-bone that refreshes the palate once the Roussanne’s up-front wave of flavor ebbs. Gorgeously savory and floral, with notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle, meyer lemon backed aromas of jasmine, guava, pear and marzipan, this wine is a textured and elegant masterpiece that pairs gorgeously with everything from sashimi to more intense proteins, and even red meats.
