Liquid Fables

The idea of Liquid Fables was crafted while co-founder Matt Green was sitting around a campfire surrounded by family and friends over the holidays. Stories, laughs, and of course, a few drinks were shared as generations gathered. The moment inspired Matt, a natural storyteller and 10-year veteran of New York’s craft beer scene, to produce a new kind of canned cocktail using locally sourced spirits, herbs, and flavor elements.  Liquid Fables was born a short time later, in 2021, with the opening of the Liquid Fables tasting room in Beacon, New York. Each cocktail would be carefully blended with a specific classic fable in mind, such as “The Tortoise and the Hare,” “The Ugly Duckling,” and “The Boy Who Cried Wolf,” and is inspired by the power of shared stories to connect people across generations and cultures.
