Founded in the 1740s, Hampden Estate is one of the oldest sugar estates in Jamaica. Renowned throughout the world for its full, intensely flavorful pot still rums, Hampden Estate continues today to be the quintessential heavy pot still rum of choice. Aged for 8 years prior to release (the equivalent of 25 years in a non-tropical climate) this rum is smooth and lush, with notes of caramelized apple, smoke, and sweet spice.
