The Sic Transit Gloria Mundi is a perfect culmination of Noble Hill's values of authenticity and organic farming. The name comes from Latin meaning “so passes the glory of the world” as this wine was entirely created by hand with natural processes from the farming to the fermenting. The grapes were selected for their rare intensity, clarity of expression and potential to reflect the estate’s underlying viticultural principles.
