Description

This Chardonnay comes from 25 year old vines in soils of clay and limestone lending to the lasting, stony minerality of the wine. Unoaked, cold fermented and aged on the lees in stainless-steel tanks, the palate is full and complex with delicate notes of ripe stone fruit and pear, balanced by fresh acidity. A perfect partner to sushi, shellfish dishes and light pastas.

Domaine Corsin has established quite a stellar reputation for winemaking in the Saint Veran and Pouilly-Fuisse region going all the way back to 1864! Family owned and operated for five generations, the vineyards are situated around the village of Davaye.
