Another knockout from Andre H. Mack of Maison Noir, the Oregogne Chardonnay is a Burgundian-style white with a modern twist. 100% Dijon Chardonnay clones, aged 16 months in French Oak from 25 year old vines. The palette is engaging, with flinty mineral flavors that usher in crisp lemon, cucumber, green pear, grilled hazelnuts and yellow apple. Balanced acidity with an enticing body that’s not too oaky and a fine stony finish.
