This fascinating blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muller-Thurgau and 3% skin-fermented Muscat hails from what is arguably one of the oldest wineries in Europe, Staffelter Hof, which first appears in texts from 862 AD. Located in Krov, a village in the middle Mosel, the winery is today where  Jan Matthias Klein, a 7th generation winemaker at this estate, is crafting extraordinary, organic, unfined, and unsulphured wines. Light on its feet, delicious, and aromatic, with notes of citrus, with just enough texture and acidity to make this wine incredibly crushable.
