Description

This is an intriguing Sémillon from winemaker James Sparks' Vogelzang Vineyard. On the nose, pear and lime skins, roasted yellow apples and brioche. On the palate, the flavors expand into fresh green and yellow apple notes, with citrus and a honeyblossom finish. A great aperitif or partner for seafood, grilled chicken, and edamame-corn salad with farm fresh tomatoes and feta.
