Made with bergamot and lemons, along with Gin Mare’s four principal botanicals - Arbequina olives, rosemary, thyme, and basil - Gin Mare Capri brings the very essence of the Mediterranean and the island of Capri to life through its authentic, fresh, citrus flavor profile.

Gin Mare

Gin Mare evokes the Mediterranean, with its blue sky, characteristic scents of rosemary, basil, and thyme. Crafted in a custom still located in an 18th century chapel near Barcelona,  Gin Mare uses traditional techniques, through a delicate maceration and independent distillation which expresses all of the characteristics of each botanical in every sip.
