When 1950s actor Fess Parker purchased the 714-acre Foxen Canyon Ranch in 1988, he planned to run cattle, plant a few acres of vineyard, and perhaps, someday, establish a small winery. Today, Fess Parker's dream of a family business he could pass on to future generations has come true, and the winery is headed by his children Eli Parker and Ashley Parker Snider, with both siblings' children joining the fold as well. 

Situated among 110 planted acres of estate vineyard on the beautiful Foxen Canyon Wine Trail, the Fess Parker Winery & Vineyard was established in 1989 and specializes in estate grown Syrah, Riesling, and Viognier as well as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley AVA’s.
