Cervell de Mas Perdut is part of Finca Mas Pertdut's newest and freshest concept of wines. Each label showcases a part of the human body to highlight the handcrafted nature of everything that they do. This fresh and intriguing blend is made from 50% Malvasia de Sitges and equal parts of Sumoll and Samsó. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel and 54-liter demijohns, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites. Bright and vibrant in the glass, the wine is explosive with fresh berry aromas, hints of spice, and white flowers, and is meant for enjoying with or without food, but with a smile for sure.

Finca Mas Perdut

Finca mas Perduct is a small passion project from Josep Maria Rosell Gracia and Rebeca Ollé. Josep Maria is the 5th generation of his family of grape growers in Santa Oliva, and began making wine in 2010 after studying oenology. Rebeca (who is also an oenologist) joined in 2015, when the two fell in love. Located in the Baix Penedès region of  Catalonia, Finca Mas Perdut produces wine from the best fruit grown on their 30 hectares of vines, producing less than 20,000 bottles each year. Their goal: To make unique wines, with history behind each bottle, giving a personal touch and different experience to every expression they create.
