Description

This lively blend of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Yllera family, which has producing wine in Ribera del Duero for generations. Their experience shows in this crisp, mineral wine, which features aromas of green apple, peach, melon, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is smooth and easy, delivering more of the soft tropical fruit and floral notes with elegance and balance. Try it with paella, fish, and creamy cheeses.

Boada

Through traditional production methods, using concrete tanks for the fermentation of the musts, the wines made in Boada de Roa are the highest expression of original wines from the Denominación de Origin Ribera del Duero. Bodegas Grupo Yllera, the winery behind Bodega Boada, was founded in 1970 and is strategically located in the most exclusive viticulture area in Spain, being Rueda the village where its emblematic wineries are. The history began with the elaboration of the blanco verdejo wine being the Yllera family a pioneer in the region (with the launch of the legendary Cantosan wine) and the founder member from the Regulatory Board of the Denominación de Origen Rueda, the first denomination created in Castilla y León.
