Blanco de Tempranillo emerged from the curiosity to know what the flesh, or the heart of Spain’s most widely planted Indigenous grape, known as Tempranillo, could offer. In France, people call this wine type blanc de noir; white wine made from red grapes. The result is this light wine; fresh, pleasing and straightforward, with notes of light plum, papaya, pineapple, melon, fennel, and mint. A gorgeous aperitif or everyday sipper.

Pago Del Vicario Winery is 9 kilometers from the center of Ciudad Real. Their modern winery, which is shaped like a spyglass, blends into the landscape of the mountains of Toledo and the undulating orography of the vineyard, divided into the vine varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot Graciano for red wines ; Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc for white wines.
