Made in the traditional way of their ancestors, Familia Escudero produces this vermouth made from Garnacha grapes. Once the base wine has been made, it is macerated with more than 25 different botanicals native to the area to obtain this delicious vermouth. There are complex aromas of ripe fruit while notes of honey, cinnamon, and thyme tantalizing the palate. With a pleasantly nutty finish, this vermouth is the perfect balance between the bitterness of absinthe and the sweetness of overripe fruit. Delicious as an aperitif or in a cocktail.

Founded in 1852, Familia Escudero now consists of 200 hectares of ancient vines and four wineries across Rioja and Navarra: Bodegas Escudero (Grávalos) dedicated to the production of Cavas, Bodegas Vinsacro (Pradejón) where the wines D.O.Ca. Rioja, Hacienda Logos (Castejón) and Bodegas Escudero (Monteagudo), the latter two belonging to D.O. Navarra.
