This pale rosé, made from Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, opens with surprisingly juicy red summer fruits, lush pink and white flowers, and fresh herbs. From the first sip to the last, this wine is soft and refreshing, with a balanced acidity and just enough structure to make it a great companion to summer fare. Organic. Biodynamic.

Pares Balta

Parés Baltà is a family winery with roots dating back to 1790, when the first vineyards were established on the family's estate in Penedès, situated just 30 km from the Mediterranean coast and Barcelona. Helmed by the third generation of the Cusiné family, brothers Joan and Josep, alongside their wives, Maria Elena and Marta who supervise winemaking, Parés Baltà aims to create wines and Cavas full of expression using exclusively organic and biodynamic farming practices.
