This is a uniquely brilliant take on classic Soave from third-generation winemaker Sandro Tasoniero. Deep straw yellow in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of orange blossom and jasmine, followed by sweet and savory herbs, hints of stone fruit, tropical fruit, and citrus. The texture is delectable and mouthwateringly balanced straight through the long, expressive finish. A stunning aperitif, this also pairs well with light pastas, lemon chicken, and salads.

Founded by third-generation winemaker Sandro Tasoniero with his partner, Ferraretto Marina, in 2022, Sandro De Bruno winery is located in the heart of Soave, on the volcanic soils of Mount Calvarina, which lends a distinctive personality to their wines. Their estate-grown and organically cultivated wines are grown over 11 hectares, situated between the Po Valle, the Emilian Apennines, Monte Baldo and Monte Pasubio. Passion, dedication and respect for nature are the fundamental levers that guide Sandro De Bruno’s production and business processes, with the goal of preserving and interpreting the native varietals of the area into wines that are beloved by critics and consumers alike.
