{"title":"Domaine Demeure-Pinet","description":"\u003cp\u003eDomaine Demeure-Pinet is located at the confluence of three regions:  the Rhone Valley to the west, Jura to the north and Savoie to the east. The domaine is located in the “avant pays” of the Savoie region, in the town of Saint Genix-sur-Guiers, about half way between Lyon and Chambery. Although their region was once widely planted with vines, today Chrystele and Philippe Demeure-Pinet are the only local wine growers in their tiny village. The vineyards are at 225m above sea level and stretch across 8.5 hectares on south-facing slopes with limestone-clay soils. About 70% of the domaine is dedicated to white grapes, almost all of it Jacquere.
