The resulting wine is full-bodied and ripe, with layered notes of cassis, black cherry, blueberry, and dried savory herbs, complemented by freshness, cocoa powder, and a smooth, lingering finish. Elegant and structured, with just the right amount of swagger, this wine is a stunner alongside steaks, burgers, lamb chops and aged cheeses.
